SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to process. Be sure to add this duration to your shipping time estimates.
Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates.
*Processing time: Delivery time does not include processing time. In-stock orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. High demand items as indicated on the listings will typically take 5 business days to process
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer
Please Note: If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS/Canada Post) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived to you we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you (this is left to the discretion of lumostoys.com) however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund. Please contact us ASAP so we can help at support@lumostoys. Each case is different so be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.
NON-EU COUNTRIES - CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES
If you are ordering outside from the EU you might need to pay customs, taxes or duties. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Lumos Toys does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Lumos Toys, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
If the order arrives at your country and...
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Lumos Toys reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
